Scottish Energy Efficiency arranges surveys, design, and project management for solar panel and home battery installations across Edinburgh and the Lothians. What data we collect
When you complete a quote or contact form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the nature of your enquiry (for example, solar with a battery or adding a battery to existing panels), and any message you include. We also record the page URL you submitted from and the site you came from (solarbatteryedinburgh.co.uk).
If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we keep a record of your contact details and the content of our conversation so we can follow up on your enquiry.

We keep your enquiry data for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry and complete any installation you commission, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can handle any follow-up questions or warranty matters. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so where we have no legal reason to retain it.
